RETENTION PERIODS

Data relating to enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship is retained for a maximum of three years from the last contact initiated by the individual concerned.

Where a contractual relationship is established, the data required to manage that relationship is retained for its duration and then archived for the applicable statutory retention and limitation periods.

Technical data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the operation, maintenance and security of the website, in accordance with the hosting provider’s rules.

AUREA Ingénierie implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Access to received messages is limited to those who need it in order to respond to enquiries. The website uses a secure HTTPS connection.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

As of the date of this update, AUREA Ingénierie does not use audience measurement, advertising tracking or profiling tools and does not set any non-essential cookies.
