Established in 2025, AUREA Ingénierie is an independent consultancy supporting building projects involving new construction, refurbishment, reconfiguration and conversion.

The company’s services extend from early-stage studies through to monitoring the delivery of the construction works. Its integrated approach addresses the technical, cost, regulatory, contractual, organisational and programme requirements specific to each project.

Although recently established, AUREA Ingénierie draws on the expertise of its founder, Pascal PRELI, who has almost 40 years of professional experience in building engineering, construction cost management, construction supervision, client-side project advisory services and project delivery management.

This experience enables AUREA Ingénierie to provide a comprehensive and practical perspective throughout the project lifecycle, from defining requirements through to completion and handover, while ensuring technical consistency, cost control, delivery to schedule and quality of workmanship.
